Each piece of glass in this bracelet is individually sculpted by hand from optical crystal — then treated through a series of delicate surface processes to achieve the same soft, frosted, light-catching texture as a piece of glass polished by decades of ocean waves. The result is a sculpture you wear on your wrist.
Crystal glass has been used by master glassmakers for centuries. Its high concentration of metal oxides — up to 40% of mass — gives it extraordinary luminosity, density, and refractive depth. When the light hits it, it glows from within. The green piece you see here carries that deep, saturated emerald quality that genuine sea glass collectors spend years searching for on the shore.
The glass is knotted onto premium kangaroo leather cord using the same hand-rolling and knotting technique applied to every Trésors de St Barth piece. The cord is supple, resistant, and develops a rich patina over time.
