This pearl necklace brings together fifteen genuine cultured pearls from two of the world's most celebrated pearl-producing regions — the dark, mysterious lagoons of French Polynesia and the warm, clear waters of Australia. Black, silver, grey, white, golden, peacock — every tone the ocean can produce, gathered on a single cord of premium kangaroo leather.
Each pearl is hand-selected for its luster, its shape, and its place in the composition. Semi-baroque and circled, ranging from 9mm to 15mm — the kind of generous sizes that take years for an oyster to build. The result is a statement necklace that moves differently with every wear, catches light from every angle, and looks completely different depending on how you knot it.
This is a lariat necklace that transforms. Wear it long as a sautoir — the fifteenth pearl falls gracefully down your back as a counterweight. Slide the composition up and knot it shorter for a pearl choker effect with the cluster sitting high on the chest. The same piece, various configurations.
